Not the Cancun it used to be.
... per direction and a parking lane on either side. Any developer knows that pedestrians NEED that row of parked cars or they just won't walk along the otherwise beautiful and walkable main drag through Cancun. Trust me. Cars don't need to go faster and they don't need more than one lane.
