We get to the bus stop and for the first time find ourselves actually,waiting for a bus - unheard of. When it arrives its a yellow, reggae bus, our favourite, so we hop on. Great fun.
On the way we chat about whether there are any jewellers in Bridgetown. I can recall one on Bridge Street and there's always Cave Shepherd I say.

This morning as the sun began it journey across the sky, we were arriving in the port of Bridgetown, Barbados. Like our other Caribbean ports, we arrived in port to temperatures in the high 80's with a bright blue sky patch quilted with mostly white, but a few dark rain clouds. The typical warm ocean breeze was blowing in from the sea and keeping the temperatures in a pleasant summer range.
