Oasis Horus Salamanca

Night life in Salamanca is very different in that there is no cover charge for any bar or club and thus, it is much cheaper than I am used to in Madrid (a nice change I must say). We spent the night walking from bar to bar and catching up on our semesters thus far. Afterwards we went back to our friends apartment for a bit to get ready to go out and watch some of the concert. Salamanca go in the morning for some siteseeing on salamanca. Hang out in square. See Church. Look for frog. Lunch on the steps. Naps and pool for the afternoon. Sue stays with kids and Ev, Julie and Tom Listen to music on the square drinking beers. 13.50 for 4 beers, coffee, and drink. Not in Switzerland any more.<br><br>           <br>

... Salamanca I found quite wonderful was the abundance of interesting architecture; there was always something unique and one-of-a-kind to look at. Examples include the Casa de las Conchas, which is now a public library, the Casa Lis, one of Salamanca's art museums, and the university façade. ... I'm slowly getting settled in here. My room is quite cute, and has a beautiful view once again. It's kind of hard, and funny, getting used to speaking so much Spanish...but not as hard as I thought it would be, so that's good. Anyway, I'm going to get going, and take a nap.
