The rain carried on all through the morning and it was difficult getting everything together to set off in the rain. Andrea was really kind and pointed us in the right direction to the nearest diner so we could eat some decent food before the final leg. We paused the game to head to the roof.

Lots of people up there.

First fireworks sighted in the distance were about dime-sized in Oakland. (At this point T razzed CJ about how this was supposed to be rather a very good view)

Then on our left in the space between this building and another, we DID see some pretty nice fireworks (Fort Mason area I think, at least over the bay).
