Read up on the Academy of sciences, so decided o go there this morning. What a great place to see. Went into the planetarium for a look at the Dark Universe. A huge digital movie on the dome above. Was very good. Then into the internal rainforest of butterflies and birdlife 3 stories high as we wound ourselves down the circular ramp.

Following a busy few days, we had a lie-in on the Saturday and eventually woke up to the news that Leeds had lost again in the UK. As we were planning to have another night out in the evening, we took things steady in the day. It's going home day, so decided to pack up, go out for a cable car ride - down to one end of California Street, and back to the other, come back and freshen up, then leave our bags at reception at 1.00pm and go for a wander down to Chinatown.
