It was a lovely, bright morning when I arrived in one of the many parking lots outside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway shortly after 7am where I found thousands already parked, many with the tailgate party well underway. ... spotlessly clean and very modern.While grabbing breakfast at the Indiana Historical Society on the canal, we noticed how quiet the area was. This is a Saturday morning in the heart of the city….
