... en Los Angeles. Hostelið okkar var alveg í miðbænum þannig við gátum labbað í marga hluti, þó oft með erfiðleikum enda er þessi borg fáránlega hæðótt. Við gerðum alla týpísku túrista hlutina - Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, Twin Peaks, the crooked street, cable car, Alcatraz og fleira. Það var mjög áhugavert að heimsækja Alcatraz og skoða allt fangelsið. San Francisco er ótrúlega flott og notaleg borg en það fóru nokkur eftirmiðdegi í blund í garðinum í sólinni. ...

... og mögulega hægt væri og vera mætt fyrst á svæðið. Það heppnaðist svona sæmilega en við vorum í rútu nr 2 upp að týndu borginni (fyrstu rúturnar fara nokkrar á sama tíma). Það eru algjörlega engar ýkjur um þennan stað en hann er lygilega flottur! Allt við hann er algjörlega overwhelming og stórbrotið einhvernvegin.
