... like waters. But it was beautiful. There are walkways all along the canals, running right behind people's houses so it was a little awkward sometimes but everyone I passed by was very friendly, so it was fine. Some houses had beautiful landscaping, beautiful flowers, and boats docked in the water. It was really amazing. Definitely worth walking a few blocks away from the beach and exploring if you're ever there.

... of erosion and the loss of coast line, but the sooner the ocean undercuts those places and they crumble into the sea, the better. In complete contrast to that, we continued along to Santa Monica. Wide open beaches, no housing and access for all, the way it should be.

... we all shared this amazing little seafood picnic, retreating to the car we saw our first Hollywood celeb, in the form of mr Jonah Hill me and em where both stood their speechless as everyone else's just continued as if it was normal daily life !!! We got back to the Santa Monica house and to our delight and surprise Steve cooked us our first Sunday lunch in 6 months and o my god it was amazing ...
