This morning, we noticed a crack in the windshield, which is slowly getting bigger. We have no idea what happened, but we will need to get that fixed.
We're heading in the direction of New Orleans tomorrow.
... other than Clint Eastwood....and a whole bevy of cowboy heartthrobs I'd never heard of and enjoyed the sights and sounds of waltzing cowboys with serious style.
All too soon my visit to Austin was coming to an end and it was time to fly to San Francisco. My stay in Austin would probably have been fun no matter what but it's always the people that make a place special and Maryann made my stay there completely awesome, just hope I can return the favour some day!
... When we finally got seated, Steve ordered the family platter for 4. It included Brisket, Burnt Ends, Ribs and Sausage. When you order this, they come around and refill the platter with whatever you want more of for as long as you can eat it. They have 2 different sauces on the table and a few side dishes round out the meal. I will say right here and right now - THIS IS THE BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER ...
