... weeks, we've met new friends from all over the U.S. and Canada. Like Steve and Faye from British Columbia, who have a cattle ranch they down sized from 9000 acres to 2000, so they could travel more. We went to the San Antonio cattle drive to see the huge longhorn steers come right down Houston Street, in the center of San Antonio. We also went to the Livestock Show with them. They were an incredibly nice couple, who made us laugh ...

San Antonio is a busy place with lots of cars and trucks and a freeway system that resembles a bowl of spaghetti. While traversing the atrocious turnpike and right in ...

... pizza! Continued on to San Antonio arriving at 1730 hrs. Clear and 78 degrees. Checked into Fairfield Inn. Not many pictures, because there is absolutely nothing to see between El Paso and San Antonio! I am serious! Tomorrow Houston and Louisiana. Went to eat dinner, but we were not too hungry. Found a Whataburger. We also found a Catholic Church, where Angie lit a candle for her ...
