... I asked to know what he was thinking after observing him staring out of the canopy for 20-minutes, only to get back a "nothing" or a "I don't remember". I guess I failed to take into account that most 10 year olds don't have a burning desire to have hours-long 'deep' conversations.     The plane has been packed for several days (93 pounds of clothes, camping gear, food, and airplane supplies). I checked out of work on a 16-day vacation (all right!). I did my major chores at home and for other organizations (EAA Flight Advisor and Scouting). I am ready to go. The plane is ready to go. And above all, Sean is ready to go.
