... flight to Dallas, where my lovely wife was waiting for me. I was home by about 10:00 but it felt like late afternoon. The whole trip from the time I left the hotel for the airport until I arrived home had taken about 35 hours.

From Roswell we drive to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are on the Unesco world heritage list, so we decide to pay them a visit. Located 250 meters under ground are loads of stalagmites, stalactites, draperies, soda straws and popcorn. Soda straws being the tiny ones hanging from the ceiling . In Europe we call them Spaghetti. Popcorn are located on the ground. The cavern is beautiful, but we saw an even more beautiful cavern in Slovenia last year, so were a little spoilt. ...

Hi! How is everyone? We are all still wired from the sugar that we have consumed and continue to consume. :) We have had some wonderful celebrations for Miss Addy P's birthday. It was so much fun. We had a celebration with just Addy, Mama, and Baba on her actual birthday. Then we went to Mama's work and celebrated again. Then, we had the family party! New day, new month, new year which means a new resolution for many. Jess asked me to go up but I hated the thought of not knowing what I'm getting myself in to so I didn't go.
