... good that I came home yesterday as both mountain roads (Colorado Highways 14 & 34) into Ft Collins are closed due to heavy rain, flooding & rockslides, and it has been raining all night! Another day and I would have had to drive up to Laramie, WY or down to Denver to get home.

And I didn't even set up my tent!!

We're staying in a hostel covered in Frida Kahlo heads and crashing with a couch surfer later in the week. And a lake. Turns out that the road to Bear Lake (one of the premiere and most-visited spots in the Park) is under massive construction. They did the bottom half a few years back, finishing in 2004, and now they are doing the top half.
