... dinner with Rob & Bob. We didn't get to our hotel until after 9pm so that was a long day. It is an non-travel day tomorrow - only plan is to visit Dave's nephew and his family. We will leave Denver on Monday headed for home.

... no shade. It was still full of tents as RMNP is such a top destination in the summer. Although there were numerous lookouts we had to keep going. This wasn't a "relax and enjoy RNMP" as much as it was a quick drive through so my sister could quickly see the place with plans to come back. First we had a delicious brunch at Linger. Then, we went to the Denver Botanic Gardens to see the Japanese garden where Sue volunteers. There was a bonsai exhibit that weekend which was just amazing. Then, we finished up at the Denver Art Museum. We saw a great textile exhibit and a really wild and crazy exhibit made of buttons. Came home to a relaxing ...

... with a Colorado spice blend and served with a zesty relish of corn, roasted tomatoes, black beans and cilantro. Paired with steamed vegetables and wild rice blend. Yum - it was all great. Our waitress was wonderful and we soon realized she had played Laurie in Oklahoma where she did an outstanding job. I know "I'll Never Say No" to seeing a play at the Candlelight. Hoping to see Guys and Dolls in the coming months.
