I'll try to keep this up fairly regularly with posts about what I'm experiencing, what I'm seeing and what I'm feeling. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity and can't wait to see what's in store with me over the next 4 months! ...

The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! So just to be clear I didn't go to Atlanta but I did spend hours at Atlanta airport. I have just had a reasonably up and down day so thought I would rant about it. So I got my plane from Washington to Houston and I had a connection in Atlanta. It was so sunny and after my 1 hour connection at Atlanta I got onto my next plane in the sunshine. Within 5 minutes a bad thunderstorm had come in over the airports and all the planes were stuck on the ground. Apparently ...
