Today my dad joined me and my mom in visiting Callaway Gardens! We stopped by Callaway Gardens' Country Shop first for the view and sample of country foods like grits and syrupy biscuits. According to the my parents, the food at the country shop restaurant is mediocre and expensive, but people go there for the view! ... had multiple layers of taste happening all at once. The sweet potato waffle fries were more tasteful and awesome than they sound. They were delicious by themselves, but with the side of marshmallow cream, they went over the top. The marshmallow cream was very sweat and made the fries more like a dessert than a side.
