    ... we went for a bit of a walk down the block, and I must say; America is a backwards country. I keep looking left when I'm meant to look right to cross the road. I keep moving left instead of right to move out of someone else's path, and when I bought $3.07 worth of stuff from the Seven Eleven with a $5 note, I got 1 note and 8 coins as change! It's probably worth noting at this point ...

    ... me and would rather me be gone dancing than home, bored, haha!

    So that is the general plan of my journey! I'm trying to be as prepared as possible but really I have no idea what I am getting myself into. All I know is I will be dancing, traveling, meeting new people, making money, and starting my adult life in a really exciting way!

    ... day was yet another busy day: we went to the planetarium to get a good view from Chicago from far away as it is placed on a spit of land on the edge of the bay of Lake Michigan.
