    ... that. Mac had heard of them, but we hadn’t. We thanked him and moved on to Mel’s. The line wrapped around the next block, too. There had to be over 1,000 women!

    Well, on to Mel's. Fortunately, Mel’s has more than just burgers. Plus they had open tables and people to bring the food to you. In all this heat and confusion, we were very happy to have Mel’s.

    ... market; there were a ton of families roaming around. On day three we headed 20 minutes South to Manhattan beach to check the seen. Siena braved the ocean, Owen played football on the beach and Austin had a sandy lunch. After a full day we found a way to unwind with a crowded happy hour.

    Day 1: spent at Venice Beach, beautiful sunny day, walked long the canals. Ate dinner at a Vietnamese / French restaurant - best meal so far, and had French champagne (ofcourse). Day 2: at Universal studios, fantastic day. Heaps to do, shows, rides, tours and just looking around at the sets etc. The rides were awesome: Simpsons, Minions & Transformers ...
