... or something. Everything felt heavier. Damn.

On the bright side I didn't gain 20 pounds. Turns out I actually lost 2 pounds! Ah so the magic to weight loss is to eat your ass off and not work out. Ah I joke...*sob*...remember muscle is heavier than fat...so I guess my muscle loss to fat gain ratio was slightly above 1.

Time for the long journey back to fitness...

... get to China...so here goes: Steak N' Shake was good. The triple steak burger meal offers almost unbeatable dollar to calorie ratio. The s'mores milkshake was also excellent, I found myself eating the leftover gram cracker pieces with a spoon...it's all about how you finish. ... it wasn't cooked, and my chicken actually wasn't! We called the waitress over and she saw the chicken before I could say a word. Embarrassed, they made me another sandwich immediately, and it arrived with a sincere apology from the cook. Realizing we fell for some serious false advertising, we ate our disappointing food, and ventured back on the road to do more antiquing.

Next stop: another lesson in false advertising, the "mega mall" ...
