Drove down from Grand Rapids to Gun Lake. Moved into Jim and Jean's cottage at the Lake, in her family forever. Perfect place to recover from jet lag/persistent cough, and get WARM. What a travel day yesterday! Up at 4am for a 5.30 flight from Halifax to Toronto. Air Canada is very officious and it took some time to get baggage rearranged and through security. Then there was a medical emergency in board (where is Liz when you need her).

That was well handled but no service of coffee or tea so arrived in Toronto without having had coffee and the worst transit through ...
