As soon as we arrived in our hotel and rested we took the public bus down to Santa Monica. It was a beautiful day so there was a lot people around. The day was spent walking around and enjoying the weather and sites. Day 2 was another relaxing day and we headed to The Grove, which was an outdoor ...

... to sound super lame but the serenity up there was just something else. It was so unbelievably quiet and peaceful, it really brought it back to me how completely insignificant we are in this world. We are the teensiest little tiny specks in this great big humongous world full of beauty, much of which we will never even know, much less experience. We are so incredibly lucky and blessed to have had such an opportunity and I am so thankful every single day. Our next stop was at ...
