Am naechsten Tag brauchten die Girly Girls natuerlich noch ein perfektes Partyoutfit fuer die naechsten drei Naechte --> Auf in die Shoppingmall!!!!!
Und sie kauften genau ein Outfit..... NICHT!!!!
Die Sachen waren wie geschaffen fuer die Girly Girls.
"Buy one, get one for free!!!"
So verloren sie langsam ihre Sinne... sie rechneten nicht mehr mit Geld, sondern mit dem Fakt wieviele Partys noch auf sie zukommen ...

... Do they still operate half day closing? We found out later that it was a public holiday in Queensland (found out because we were being charged an extra 15% for a coffee!), so the jury is still out on their work ethic (no offence Sophie!). The South bank of the river was lovely; the urban beach and pools looked great (girls were moaning about the fact we hadn’t brought their swimmers with us) and the botanical gardens were interesting with a rainforest ...

... of food with Chris and then in the evening us and Chris' mates hired out a kareoke room and had a blast singing in there then went to the club called The Bedroom which was good as it was ladies night so i have some funny pictures for you guys!! ... I go back up and get the card sorted and finally can pee in the light but the unmarked special switch by the bed seems to do nothing. I hit the beach for an hour which is big and lovely but as the sun comes down the high rise hotels cast gigantic shadows across the beach blocking the sun which is a bit sad to see. I then get some food shopping done at Woolies - the shopping mall its housed in is massive with another wave of surf shops and tourist ...

It was all pretty smooth except for a nasty traffic jam just outside Surfers Paradise due to fact they are converting the streets into a race track in preparation for the Indy Car Races. The next couple of hours were lost to finding a place to park for the night that would'nt cost us anything i.e. near a beach or a quiet car park. This proved pretty difficult as there were signs everywhere that warned of heavy fines for any such activity ...

... hell! This time we had to also compete with our roomie Cahill's deformed nostrils and mega mouth snoring - we hate men!!! (or thats what we were saying at 5am!) Eventually fell off to sleep before we ended up strangling the poor sod! Saturday 23rd February After last night's drama ended up not waking from our slumber till 10am - had to catch up somehow!
