... a good distance up to and into the Burj and the elevator that would take us up with videos playing at certain junctions where we had to wait. The elevator was very fast and reached the 120th floor in no time. There were views from all sides of the floor of the building including an outside deck area enclosed with partial glass panels. So we have survived a 6hr flight to Dubai. The A380 was v impressive and quite comfy. I watched Lord of the rings to get myself in the mood. Michelle mainly slept! We also we both surprised to be able to watch our flight on the skycam. A video feed which let us watch the flight including take-off and landing from the tail of the plane. Looking forward to 14hr flight to Sydney, that must be at least 4 films and 8 ...
