Third Day in Sydney

... dinner at Spice Temple (or as I was referring to it 'Spice Dungeon' since it is deep in the basement of a building). The food and cocktails were nice (although not nearly as spice as hoped for/expected). Had to pass on desert though. There was an interesting one, but was plenty satiated.

I managed to stay up a bit late, although it still had little impact on when I woke up the next day...

... I love the way we did it by basing ourselves in the hills of Matraia for the week and doing day trips to Pisa, Cinque Terre and Florence. Paraflying over the Tuscan countryside is an experience etched permanently in my memory. Thank you to Robbie for convincing me to "just do it." Sharing it with my big bro was also very special. Cinque Terre was both the worst and best day all rolled into one. That walk down the mountain is not something I would like to do ...

... area of the National Park in the hope of seeing some wild kangaroos. Unfortunately they must have gone to bed as none were around when we arrived at dusk. Simon and G were pleased to have found a new area they hadn't visited before and were keen to come back so all was not lost. Today we went to the breakfast buffet and then we went to the aquarium and saw the dugongs and the Sharks.
