... the water. There were amazing views all along the track and the weather was incredible. We stopped at Betty's burgers on our way back in to the town before treating ourselves to a well deserved afternoon of sunbathing on the beach. ... of nearby illuminated skyscrapers which was pretty cool. So, fortunately, a decent night out saved Surfers Paradise from being a complete write off, but man was I still glad to be leaving for Brisbane the next day... And I didn't even really have a hangover. Even better! So, moral of the story... Don't spend more than a day in Surfers Paradise (if even that) and if all else fails... Find a Dominos.
