... the 'bridge' in the photo is an animal bridge - allowing the animals to cross over the Highways safely - very cool!

Today started very early. We met and shared breakfast at around 6:30 under the light of head lamps and flashlights as our power was out. All was well though and we sluggishly got into Dominic's van for a 2 hour trek back towards the Equator (close to Masaka) to meet with VisionFund (which is connected to World Vision). ... carrier, it turned out to be a bit like Ryanair! A 3 hour flight and all you got was a cup of coffee and two small biscuits, luckily I had a good breakfast this morning.

There is no snow in Toronto but its still a bit chilly. I'm staying at the Ramada which isn't bad but not as nice as the International in Calgary, although I've been given a suite again!
