... remainder of the day getting settled into our home for the next 3 days. We also walked the hotel grounds, and as you might expect, through the shops located in the hotel.

We ate dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants called the Largo Kitchen. It was very good plus they had my favorite Italian restaurant desert - Italian cheesecake - yum OOO.

A prawn sushi roll and ribs for me and the same starter for James with a chowder all scrummy and demolished in ...

It was getting to be lunchtime, so I stopped in some small town and decided to try out a cornerstone of Canada’s fast-food industry, Tim Horton’s. I had a Chicken Panini (not really the typical Tim Horton’s fare) and a Nutella-filled pastry, which was ...

... no defined address, just instructions provided by Leanna. We found our way out there soon after 9:30 pm. Leanna and I worked together at ANZ for a few years while she was living in Australia (around 20 years all up), before she moved back to Calgary in 2001. It was time to farewell Lori and Dave (for now) and say hello to Leanna. We worked out it had been around 13 or so years since we saw each other last. However it felt like only yesterday. Leanna was my host for the next 2 ...
