    ... Decided we should have a wander before settling in! Wandered 150m up the road to the Pounda Port where the ferry leaves for Antiparos. Had 2 amazing greek coffees. After having a little lie down, headed to the restaurant for buffet style dinner & some horrid red wine. Thank god we didn't order a bottle. It was served chilled! Lamb shank & greek salad.     ... a car. Soon we were blasting around in a Chevy Matiz which is about the size of a golf cart but just right for the narrow roads in the tiny villages. Our new wheels gave us far ranging freedom and the ability to drive down to spectacular beaches and climb back up several hundred feet above sea level to take in the sweeping panorama.     We get off at Apollonia and the plan is to walk down to Kastro, a lovely old village and then take one of the old paths that Sifnos is famous for, over to Faros and catch the bus back from there.

Stuart, and the girls loaded the chain into DTBUB THEN Stuart climbed down to help Lay the anchor out, while Brian worked the motor.
