    ... egg shells trying to fit the quota. The guys came back in as we came out of the toilets after refreshing and making ourselves look presentable again. Leandra did a second round with the guys while I sat out and watched from the bleachers. One of the guys, had raced when he was younger so watching him hit those corners with such speed and agility was really cool.     ... gives me away, long pants or not. Now much cooler, I headed up the hill to get an good view of the old city. I eventually got to a bridge that brought me back to the old city, over the river and in between the cathedral and parliament buildings (both under construction).     Today we went to Bern, the capital of Switzerland. Such a laid back town with majority of the locals enjoying the sun, spread out in the town centre.     ... definitely not a party town. Although when I first arrived and was walking to the hostel I saw 2 crazy guys in their underwear jump off a bridge into the fast flowing river which meanders round the city.
