    ... One of the first notable things we saw, several times, were piles of dog leavings on the pavement, each of which had been decorated with a Danish flag! Whether this was done by someone who had a downer on Denmark or whether it was someone making a point, I'm really not sure.

    The main attraction for visitors in Faaborg, apart from the charming timbered houses, is the museum featuring 20th century art, principally of the Funen school ...

    Here we are and a little disappointed with the weather (rain) but the coffee is fine and we are still on holiday! The rain eventually cleared giving fine views of the crossing to the main island with Copenhagen. Camping Tarup is a lovely spot and we had an excellent pitch with views out to sea and also of the main bridge from the island ...
