I didn't mention that we learned that the word "Volvo" means "to Roll" in latin. The name was originally owned my a ball bearing company that partnered with a car company.

We had a four hour drive to Denmark. Over long bridges and tunnels. Visited the Egeskov Castle which features its own car museum, the private collection of the owner. Then into Odense for dinner and a walk to Hans Christian Andersen's birthplace. Very ...

... we go back to Chris’s place.

We then went to the restaurant in the old mill for supper. The restaurant has a buffet with different meats and potatoes and an excellent salad bar. We had some wine and our meals a very enjoyable evening. Daniels girlfriend Betina joined us for supper and the talk afterwards back at Chris’s house. They are all thinking about coming to Canada in the fall of 2016. It would be nice if that ...

Here we are and a little disappointed with the weather (rain) but the coffee is fine and we are still on holiday! The rain eventually cleared giving fine views of the crossing to the main island with Copenhagen. Camping Tarup is a lovely spot and we had an excellent pitch with views out to sea and also of the main bridge from the island ...
