Horrible nights sleep with headaches and cramps. Heat stroke isn't good I've decided. Got up at 6.45 to get a drink and started hydralyte to drink. Layed back in bed until 9 then got dressed and sat around resting till 11 and decided might try to eat. Scrambled eggs were delicious. The others were all over the place with a big group going to mud up the new home and they finished it. A couple went on their last placement this morning. Another girl had ...

The drain hole is over in the corner so after dressing and moving everything else off the ...

... we say it's time to come into the clinic and be treated.

After returning back to the hospital at lunchtime we had lunch brought up to us as usual by the village ladies and it was rice and green grams. These are starting to give me bad stomach cramps everytime I have them and no more white rice please.

I hung around up there till 2pm when the craft ladies came and I showed 3 of them how to finish off the small quilts they had ...

... had guacamole and salsa on top. I only managed half my wrap tonight as it was just solid oil and I'm am so over oil, salt and carbs. My stomach is permanently bloated and definitely need to detox to lose weight on my return. In Africa it is embraced to have curves and the clothes the girls have had made are very clingy around the bottom to highlight the size of it. The women have a very pronounced curvature of the spine giving them a larger than normal ...
