... We were lucky enough to have a wonderful dinner cooked for us and the kids were all out to it before eight which they so badly needed.

Now just trying to stay awake to welcome Melvyn and Jocelyn here after their long journey. Thankfully they met up with dad during their layover in San Francisco and got to see the Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods.

Hoping to check out the Calgary Zoo tomorrow if everyone is up for it!!!

... little car. This took them inside another big building filled with all manner of suitcases, bags and boxes. They were put on yet another black belt which took them up and out and then around and around on a carousel. AJ and BJ looked out and they could see people all gathered around the carousel they were on. ... time. With the help of Dad (who put my Australian SIM card into his phone to send me the SMS code to complete the transfers) the transfers were completed and the money showed up in my Canadian account all ready for Monday.

My lovely boss drove me to the bank and then onward to the car dealer to pay for my car. I was so very happy.

I'm so happy everything fell into place.

It took me 7mins and 17 sec to drive to work today. Felt great.

... hit it off. We mucked around on the bus home, sharing stories and joking around. It was so nice to hear that real Aussie accent and just be around people that were all about what we were all about. We'd call Paul and Rachel Mum and Dad and pretend we were there 2 extra kids. They loved us and we loved them!

A good nights rest was had and we were up and at it again for the Stampede finals. We sat with our new family on the bus and took the kids under our wings. ...
