      She says she will give me an injection, and just before she puts it in, asks if I have any allergies. I reply in the negative and away she goes.

      And, after the wait for the local to numb my mouth, she removes the tooth. In fact, the only dramatic thing was the dentist’s chairside assistant getting a sore head because she banged it on the X-Ray ...

      Today we were lucky enough to take a tour with one of Trip Adviser's star tour guides for Mian, Giacomo.We started at the Duomo where he took us to the terraces to admire this beauty from above. Made completely from Marble, the Dukes of Milan donated a complete mountain to the building of the Duomo so that it could always be made and maintained in a common stone.
