... tower soon after, and were treated to a panoramic view of everything in Granada, during this time we also took turns in ringing the old bells.

We then had a quick lunch before catching another taxi, this one however would take us up to the Alhambra. We initially walked around the lovely gardens, as they did not require a ticket to get into. We then bought drinks opposite the alcozabar, before noticing a rather large queue outside the main palace. We were sent into ...

... its hat on in earnest and turned up the heat to 30 degrees. Well that did it! We both left the camp feeling completely rejuvenated for our next big trip to Andalucia. First port of call in Andalucia was region of Sierra Nevada for the mountains and Granada for the Moorish Palace, The Alhambra. The guide books helpfully advised that certain parts of Granada were well known for bag thefts and pick pockets. It advised ...

... To find the pub had been shut down! Now running (walking swiftly), checking side streets for Irish pubs. Success! Three huge screens, all showing the build up, with minutes to spare. We asked the bartender, can we turn on the commentary? No. The Spanish aren't interested, and they're buying the drinks...
