I plan to read up a bit more, pretty interesting after having seen the incredible mountains he crossed with thousands of soldiers. Monday afternoon was supposed to be a day of paragliding but the weather turned for the worse and they had to cancel on me. I putzed around town a bit before seeing the email that my transfer ...

We arrived at the Mendoza bus terminal Tuesday at 5 am after a bit of a rough night. Saying goodbye to Santiago for our second time was bitter sweet as the kids felt very comfortable there and Noa especially, wanted to stay. The bus left at 10:30 pm and by 2 am we were at the Argentine border. Preparing for the holdup we have experienced at each Argentinian immigration office due to some glitch in the "system" regarding ...

... Following morning was feeling tired, despite the early night and felt like a duvet day, just crawling into bed and staying there, but mid morning tea break helped. The weather was grey too so headed to the Museo de Arte Moderno and saw the Picasso exhibition there (for free) lots of sketches, quite different from the one I saw at Tate Britain. Good but did keep getting swamped by school children who were on a trip so kept trying to to escape to which ever bit of ...
