6:00am and we are off to Strasbourg! Everyone was very quiet and sleeping on the three-hour drive, I loved watching the sunrise over the small farm towns- it was picture perfect. ... dialect of the owner gave hint to some German influence on the French accent. The biggest giveaway was the menu, of which I ordered a very traditional German meal. A heavy helping of pork leg, sauerkraut, and a delicious beer flavored ice cream didn't last too long on my plate.
Afterward, we decided to visit the Cathedral Notre Dame de Strasbourg. By far, this was the most beautiful cathedral I had seen; characterized by iconic Gothic style. ...

Every string seemed to pull out a memory out of my heart and bring it onto the surface. It was absolutely beautiful.
