    ... The Mediterranean Sea was really cool to swim in though and the sun was great. I ate a fair amount of gelato on the trip and enjoyed the euro making Spain much more economical than London. Also Spanish food is so much more tasty then the rather bland UK style of pub food so I had some paella as well as lots of tapas throughout the last couple days.     ... look so life like as there is something moving beneath their clothing to make them appear to breathe. There are also real actors in these scenes and it is difficult to tell who is real and who is not. You can only walk one way through this exhibit, and on occasions actors dressed as soldiers come running past you making comment about the war in French. It is so life-like and you feel part of the war.

    ... organ while water and fire sprout from above and within the structure while on the lake different lighting effects are used as sprays of water appear and the actors continue to perform. This performance lasted 30 minutes. Once again our description is totally inadequate but if you are coming to Europe you MUST visit Puy du Fou - it is AMAZING!!! It is hard to believe that we know on of no one who has visited here before.

    Sunday morning in Blaye and early start at parking ticket expires at 08:08 and I wasn't sure if barrier would lift!
    Anyway there were spaces outside and breakfast in the morning sunshine was delightful.
    On to Super U supermarket in search of gas a my Spain cylinder had run out and I was on Irish reserve,
    Unfortunately the gas man is closed on Sundays so it was on wards and Northwards by 10:15.

    ... and must have been quite scarey if they were advancing in their armor, masks and helmets. Pretty big exhibition and by he time we got out bit late for lunch, but had a bit of a sit and then down to the moat and gardens. At one time the castle had mot on three sides but the fourth was surround by the river Loire. Out for a beer, and then decided on something different for dinner and went for a curry!
