At lunch I was brought out this massive cake and sung to once again, while I blew out my imaginary candles. Then back to work I went and we managed to finish and be back at the ship early which was a nice birthday present. Hospital Screening Day
... consisted of going out to the dental clinic with my team and orientating the 10 day workers that are going to help translate for the team for the next 10 months. There is a lot to learn for them, having to translate from medical English into normal English into either of the languages the patients speak. The people speak 3 languages here, either French, susu, or fula. So without the translators we wouldn't be able to do anything. It was a good day getting to know them all ...
