    ... new tricks that we learned the other day with looking at the wine, swirling it and smelling it, and tasting it to observe the different qualities. It was kind of funny because we will never be the same again after that wine tour. Corey also got a real Tuscan Moscato with dessert, which was different than the Moscato I know at home.     ... On one hand, I am very excited to be back home with my family and friends. But, on the other hand, this has been the experience of a lifetime. I will never forget my experiences in Europe for as long as I live. But, life goes on. On Friday morning, I fly out of Florence and arrive in Chicago at around 4 P.M.     ... we had at the hotel. They cooked a buffet for us of all the traditional food of the area. Pesto was invented here and by the way it tastes WAY better fresh then out of a jar like what we get at home!!! We had pesto lasagna, lots of different ways of cooking sardines (which I didn't indulge in), fish soup, rabbit, tempura style veggies, muscles, crab puffs and the list goes on.     ... dodgy side of town and there were a few nice food-like shops and things, but many were closed because of the time of year. Had a rest in the afternoon, tried to find the science museum but it was closed also. Went for dinner at a restaurant called touch, super expensive and not that nice.
