My first day here in Western Australia. It had a slow start, having a late breakfast with Diane, and then chilling out and chatting!!!!!. Eventually we drove to town to Woolworths for grocery shopping and various other things. Very hot but with a lovely breeze. Again had a late lunch and then a snooze to catch up with just a bit of jet lag. ...

Car arrived on time and I am now in the lounge. Just had a lovely breakfast of prawn salad and lovely coffee. This is certainly the way to travel. Must make the most of it. Birmingham airport is so much easier than Heathrow where we have travelled to Australia from in the past. Update later Now in the departure lounge in Dubai. ...

The others got a couple of presents, but I'd already done my ...

Afterwards we caught him as he bustled across the room and said what a delicious lunch it had been and he was very pleased. In the evening, a lovely walk around the village, which is very pretty, with a nice park area around a little river in the middle. And despite both of us being sent to Coventry for the day, we were still talking late that ...

... Mortons share Dave's olive skin and huge blue eyes. We heard so many stories about Roger and filled in many of the gaps with all our questions answered. One day it will be great to share those stories with our kids. So much effort went into organising the day, Margaret, Joan and Glynis did an amazing job. They even got us a wedding cake to cut! A truly special day, and weekend, that neither of us will ever forget. Dave is very lucky to have these wonderful people as ...
