Breakfast was great as usual! Off at 7:45 am to our destination in Budapest. Along the way are 2 stops. Bratislava will be one of our stops along the way. ... We waited around for a while in the lobby but no one showed up and the desk said Craig hadn't checked in yet. After a few minutes dad fell asleep in his chair so we stuck around until 3:30 when the two LCs pulled up in front. We talked with Craig for a second but his family was there and Kip and Steve still hasn't showed up so we left. ... I headed down to Oktagon, walking down Andrassy Utca....cold, but a lot of people out and about. Foundation restaurant called Cafe Oktagon, free wifi too and then learned as I waited for a menu that it was a smorgasbord with as much as you can eat for about $8.... So I had a go, there was fried everything, paprika for days, pickles and cabbage as well as the odd beet. I needed a wine so headed to a bar for a few drinks and then home to a warm ...
... 3 were outside and many more inside, at the baths there is also a day spa and many beauty therapies. The baths were great, we went in and started with the outside pools, the middle one was the cool pool at around 22 degrees, the one to the left was at 33 degrees and the one on the right was the hottest pool at 40 degrees, surprisingly the pools were nice despite the hot weather. It was a great experience ...
