The standard start to the day, run and swim then breakfast, oh and not head out to the office on Young Street Halifax. Woke up at around 6:30am and had a little breakfast. I learned a long time ago that the word for breakfast is "makan pagi". Makan means "eat" and pagi means "morning". So you can basically extrapolate the names of the meals from the time of day.
