... his iPad. We walked ourselves silly, and so were very glad we'd booked the hotel restaurant for dinner. In Paris, the locals all eat late, around 9pm, so they put we foreigners in early at 7.30! Also the lifts are the smallest I've seen - they will only fit 4 people and if 1 or 2 are overweight (not mentioning any names), an alarm rings and it won't work until someone gets out. ... and hot off the grill. Oh la la!! It was so delicious and worth every calorie. There were lots of goodies to tempt us but we abstained and ended up at the Ferris wheel on Place de la Concorde. Since it was such a pretty day, up we went. The views were great and totally worth the price (10 Euros each).
