We left Porto this morning and drove to Valladolid in Spain on the way to Bilbao and San Sebastian.

We went over the mountains at a elevation of up to 1300 meters - my ears went pop. We arrived in Valladolid and had a good look around the town, no photos but the town does date back some 1000 years and has a few Roman ruins and old churches …

... controls emotions and the third 'human' bit which makes us be able to talk. There was a good bit about the five senses, hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting and feeling. There was a model of a man with a spike through his head who survived but he changed his personality because it went through his brain and damaged a bit.

... hardest job so far - walking past MacDonald's. The museum was good. Many more museum guides (10 ) than visitors (us plus 1) which raised a few questions about the viability of the whole enterprise (the museum as well as Spain). We ran into Julia and Taylor there and with them we explored and took photos, then came home for a snack (can you see my Spanish sentence structure going on here...or at least bad English sentence structure?)
