    ... whether I'll be working in a developed or developing country.

    But before even thinking of being in Macha, I'll have to pack.. a lot. This is not just an ordinary trip; we'll need decent clothing, everything we can get at the pharmacy, bed nets, stethoscopes, gifts, camera's, playing cards, and so on.
