    ... morning wandering about found a really cool French produce market, obviously we didn't need to buy anything but great having a look round probably recognised less than half the stuff that some of the stalls were selling!     ... we went to for a run it was intensely hot Leah and Alice went for a swim afterwards. We then went to have breakfast and were all given a complimentary wine - it was around 10.30 and apparently pretty standard.
