The reception opened at about 1.45pm and the hotel manager, Julien, was very helpful and welcoming. He opened up the hotel garage so that we could park our bikes up for the night.

We found a lot of wonderful buildings and old houses, narrow windy roads with houses right on the street. We then found our way back to the back of the castle. There have been a large number of houses/apartments made from the old castle. I will include some photos ...

It is always the right time!

Today, at 7:00am we set off for Perpignan, France! It was about an hour and a half drive from the Glover house to the airport. As excited as I was to go to France, it was still ridiculously hard to wake up at 5:00am! I am so thankful that Pete volunteered to wake up at before dawn and drive Fran and I to the airport; not sure what we would have done if he hadn't been so nice!

Fran woke me up with coffee, which I will forever ...
