... right - it's your typical railway station suburb!!! Anyway I decided I would walk and definitely catch a taxi back. But when I walked back at 10 pm it was still slightly light and the atmosphere of the city was great - only because it was the first warm day in ages . We met a lovely couple over breakfast who told us how Poland had changed and how poor it used to be. Now it has a fabulous infra structure and is quite modern - only in some of the country towns can you see the remainder of some of the poverty. So we are off to discover some of our ancestors roots today.
