      ... couple in 4,000 Islands in Laos. They have a house in Cha-am in which they stay for a few months each winter. We had swapped emails but last time we were in Cha-am they weren't.       ... big hotels. Guard on the gates as you drive in. Again on our stop there was only 1 family on the whole beach. There was what looked like cabins for hire, a bit like a retreat place that schools can go, like that airforce beach complex down at Evans Head.       ... bought to us and put in a bag with a cheeky smile despite Pa’s efforts not have a bag. Despite never having customers, sitting out in the heat all day, having maybe five teeth and working long hours the lady was full of smiles and laughter.
