So you get the fresh coffee beans and roast lightly, then grind with cardamon, cinnamon and saffron add water and boil on the stove for about 10 minutes.           ... and if they don't happen well at least I have a home in Australia...... I just don't have a passport with an exit visa in it to get there........(sigh) "Insha"Allah."

          So this week I have focused on baking, I can never make bread in Australia, I just don't have the few hours free in the house to actually go through the rise, knock down, rise and bake cycle and the sour dough rye in the deli at the end of the street is chewy, yummy perfection so ...

          So week four in Saudi Arabia AKA the sand pit.

          This week I decided to try and find Saudi 'Jenny Craig' and with a little help from some locals I found the local weight loss meal plan company. The motto is 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'........... an oldie but a goodie, the first email was entitled '10 healthy eating hobbits'....... I am hoping the food is better then the health messages.
