I would also argue that some of the food in San Fernando was good. Our first day there I had great local stew and the waiter was extremely helpful in trying to get food for Heather, asking her each ingredient he could think to feed her that may be acceptable. Cheese? Eggs? Fish? etc. Also, the Menu del dia in San Fernando averaged 8 euros for a lot of good food, which is a really good deal.
