    ... of 'holiday gloating' and 'not having anything better to do' the truth is a little more naked.

    So on that Thursday morning with the duvet up to my chin, eagerly puffing away on my newly acquired e-cigarette, I logged into the digital realm. Quelling my morning ritual usually takes 15 minutes, Email, news and Facebook. I had a bus to catch to Estonia an hour later ... Shower and breakfast also had to be taken....

    Having recovered from our drunken antics, we decided it was time to leave Samui so we made the hour ferry journey to Koh Phangan. The island was paradise!! Absolutely stunning scenery, gorgeous beach, clear water- I was in heaven!! We got a 'taxi' to the hotel which was situated right on the seafront- the tide was in so the sea lapped up the rocks outside the restaurant- the hotel had a tiny beach when the tide went out- but there was miles ...

    After 2 nights in 'unique' Bangkok, it was time to head south yesterday and begin touring the islands of southern Thailand. Unfortunately this entailed a train + bus + ferry journey that took 23 hours!!     ... vertigo as I found out as I had to knee shakingly make my way back down. By far the best part of the trip was getting to jump off the second floor of the boat a real adrenaline rush, accompanied by wee Lullah who was cheered as she leapt of into the depths below before bobbing back up to claps and thumbs up.
