Day 3 (Second day on ship really)

Down in ample time for breakfast this morning. Already docked in Trondheim. 9:30 walk around town with Inger who is our Astronimical tour guide, a Norwegian lady who gives us some really interesting info and history. Walked to the catheral, a beatiful Gothic building, had a quick look round before the morning service, notable circular stained glass window. Walked back a different way via the old working area.

Migrant workers live on the site and an Irish chap offered Mike a job laying cobblestone pavements in Trondheim! I did tell him he could stay and I would pick him up later! Children run around the campsite until late at night despite the rain and of course it isn't dark until ...

Okay I'll take my tour guide hat off, but for all those reasons I was looking forward to visiting this city.

The ship docked this morning at 6.30am, which ...
