After a breakfast of freshly baked croissant, aromatic French cheese and saucisson, we dove right into making a praline pastry cream.

this event was held in the middle of town on a Saturday afternoon, open to all and only
4€ everybody was having fun and being very convivial. Such a pity I could not
join in,if I could have stayed in Chinon for the night I would have, but I had
